Operational leaders are often expected to serve as change agents while they are still processing the change themselves. They must address uncertainty, resistance, competing reactions, and change fatigue while continuing to demonstrate confidence and maintain momentum.
This peer discussion will create space for senior operational leaders to share the change-management resources, what has worked, and where even well-planned approaches have fallen short. We will explore how leaders support the people affected by change, adapt their approach to different reactions, and manage their own emotions and uncertainty while helping others move forward.
Participants will explore:
- Share approaches for navigating resistance and change fatigue.
- Explore how to support different reactions to change.
- Discuss the personal impact of serving as a change agent.
- Learn what has worked, what has not, and why.
