Yuliya (“YOO-lee-uh“) LaRoe is the founder and CEO of LeadWise Group, an award-winning law firm consulting and coaching company. Across the industry, she’s known as the law firm partner development expert and the coach who gets income partners promoted to equity.

For nearly 15 years, Yuliya has coached and trained over 5,000 lawyers at AmLaw 100 and 200 firms nationwide. Through thousands of conversations, challenges, and breakthroughs, she built the proprietary frameworks, diagnostic tools, and development systems that power LeadWise’s work today, all grounded in the realities of law firm life: partner autonomy, billable pressure, and practice economics. Her methodology is now used by LeadWise’s nationwide network of coaches, trainers, and consultants to deliver consistent, measurable results for clients.

As a trusted advisor to firm leaders, Yuliya specializes in partner development that actually moves the needle. Prior to founding LeadWise, Yuliya practiced law at an AmLaw 100 firm for nearly a decade. She holds a J.D. from USC School of Law, an MBA from Boston University, and is a Professional Certified Coach credentialed by the International Coaching Federation.

Yuliya’s expertise has been featured by the ABA, NALP, PDC, ALM, Law Practice Today, and Attorney at Work. She’s a sought-after speaker at law firms and industry conferences nationwide.

FUN FACTS ABOUT YULIYA

After moving to the United States in the late 1990s, Yuliya spent 15 years in Southern California. She now calls the Miami area her home, where she resides with her husband and a brood of mischievous pets. Yuliya is an avid international traveler. She speaks 2.5 languages (English, Russian, and some Spanish – enough to eat her way through Spain and Latin America!). She is passionate about personal growth and cultural intelligence.

Something few people know about Yuliya is that in one year, she spent two months volunteering in Costa Rica, traveled to South Korea and Russia, completed a four-month yoga teacher certification course, backpacked around India for a month, and attended a 10-day silent meditation retreat!
