Esperanza Lebron is a consultant, trainer and executive coach with extensive experience in strategic workforce planning, innovative program development, and leadership development. She serves as a strategic partner for organizations going through complex changes. She is a senior Faculty member at LeadWise Group and the founder of Lebron Coaching.

Leveraging her military experience, both on the enlisted and officer sides, Esperanza has a proven track record of success in developing and leading high-performing teams, cultivating strategic relationships across all levels of an organization’s hierarchy, and helping clients. She understands that the success of any organization lies within its people.

Esperanza holds an MBA from the Jack Welch Institute at Strayer University and a Master of Science in Organizational Development and Leadership from the University of The Incarnate Word. She is an Executive and Professional Coach from The University of Texas at Dallas and holds a Professional Certified Coach credential from the International Coaching Federation.
